We cover defects for 12 months from date of purchase. Receipt required.

Customer pays shipping to MCRC. If it turns out to be our fault, we’ll fix it or replace it and reimburse you $11 for your shipping costs and our return shipping is free.

The best way to ship your things to us is using the small “Ships Anything Box” at your local United States Post Office, which costs $10.40. It includes; the box, shipping, insurance & tracking number.

We’re more than happy to repair or replace any and every mistake we make. Any time, every time, ASAP! However, if you break it, you bought it.

Our products are built extra tough for race & bash environments. Our Team Drivers beat their MCRC Premium Charging Leads pretty hard– In and out of their toolboxes, thrown around, dropped in the mud, and they very rarely, almost never break them. On the flip side, I know a guy that let his brand spanking new 36” charging lead dangle off his work table, only hours after he took it out of the package. One end laying on the ground. He stepped on it, and broke a piece of tab off one of the 5mm bullet connectors. (Don’t worry Dan, I won’t mention your name.) Accidents happen. We offer reasonable repair rates.
